Landlords can choose from Full Management, Tenant Finding or Web Based Tenant Finding. Other add-ons are also available;

Full Management:

• Property appraisal and inspection (this could increase your rental level)
• Free advertising on Top365, Rightmove, Property Index, Accommodation for students/professionals, Gumtree and other rated websites
• Advise on legal requirements such as Gas and Electrical Safety Regulations along with E.P.C requirements
• Use of Echo Signing
• To let boards where required
• Accompanying prospective tenants on viewings
• Full tenant/guarantor checking/referencing
• Preparation of signed tenancy agreements
• Arrangement of utility services
• Arrangement of deposit logging with the Deposit Protection Service (D.P.S)
• Preparation of standard inventory
• Managing and dealing directly with tenants
• Managing all maintenance issues to an agreed level with the Landlord
• Rent collection
• Quarterly inspections
• Quarterly reporting on rental figures, arrears, and voids etc
• Checking out of tenants/tenancy renewals
• End of Tenancy inspections
• Returning of deposits

This management offer is subject to a minimum of six months.
